During this uncertain time in history, with many people of the world facing challenging times, from war, to poverty, and economic turmoil many people are turning to angels for guidance, support and clarity during confusing and stressful times. I took an interest in angels many many years ago when I was travelling around Australia and my interest has deepened more recently as I have felt the energy of spirit around me. So for day 10 of my Christmas Review and Give-away I felt it important to bring the angels into the blog so that one lucky winner could begin their own connection with the angels or enhance their already growing knowledge of the angels.
In the past I have leaned more towards other card decks, many of them well known, with very pretty imagery, but I must say something about this card deck and the guidebook that comes along with it, really speaks to my heart.
What Is ‘The Angel Blessings Kit’ (Revised Edition) by Kimberly Marooney Like?
Sacred Guidance and Inspiration For Challenging Times
I was very surprised that I like this kit so much. It is probably a lot more ‘old world’ in its deck of cards and the imagery involved, and the author’s interpretation of each card in the guidebook is more religious than I am used to, but, I must say, I really love this about this deck. It is very different from many of the cards I have seen on the market out there.
Who Is Rev. Kimberly Marooney? Kimberly has been described as a pioneer in the field of angelology and spiritual transformation. A gifted author, mystic, workshop leader, spiritual counselor and radio personality, she has helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide open to God’s love, to heal and move forward on their life paths. Rev. Dr. Marooney is the found of TheAngelMinistry.com, a 7-month ordination program that trains Angel Ministers to invoke angels to act as guides into the Sacred Presence of the Most High to receive guidance, healing and love.
This book and card deck is a great tool to have on hand when anyone is feeling challenged, or simply wants some unbiased advise and guidance for their life and spiritual pathway.
The cards are wonderfully large-sized, easy enough to shuffle, but not too small to get lost in your hand. They have a lovely glossy feel to them and the images are beautiful and very meaningful with 44 cards and a 192 page pocket size guidebook. However, the guidebook is incredibly deceptive. You think that when you see it there will only be short snippets of guidance held within, like many other angels and guidebooks out there, but no.. This book is full of great information, genuine heartfelt caring and kindness, and knowledge on how to connect with the angels in your own special way.
The ‘Angel Blessings Kit’ is a source of inspiration, wisdom and guidance in these difficult times.
For this review I am going to do a simple 3-card reading for my friend Rachel Medhurst from BreakthroughYourJourney.com to give you an idea of how great this kit is.

Card 1 : Soqued Hozi – Partnership (Current reality)

…Many of the behaviours that disturb peace are learned and can be healed with love. For example, self-talk is what your mind says as you drive, do repetitive tasks, wait in line, observe other people, watch television, interact with your family and friends, etc. For a few days, carry around a notebook and write down what your mind says.
Choose new behaviours that help you consciously align with peace rather than fall victim to unconscious habit.
